Conflicts occur daily in working environments. Every conflict is costing you and your organization not only energy but also money and competence in the long run.

I accompany you to find constructive conflict resolution and management. As a mediator, I support the parties to the conflict to find a way out of the downward spiral:

  • We solve problems through a different way of thinking than the way they arose
  • The parties to the conflict develop the content of the solutions themselves
  • The participants  agree by consensus
  • The participants support the resolution agreement
  • The chances are higher, that resolution has a lasting effect

As a mediator I stay neutral and do not take sides: I focus on the flow of the conflict process to reach common consensus.
